With the Full-Service Residential Design package your only real involvement is during the design phase. Once the plan is approved, the Welcome Home Interiors & Design team takes it from there. We bring in our pre-vetted contractors, order and receive all the goods and materials, and oversee the entire implementation process to ensure that everything is done right.  As an added bonus, you get to take advantage of any available trade pricing or designer sales. 

The Full-Service Residential Design package includes everything to get you from concept to finished project:

• Consultation with your designer, Michele Kiefert, in person in your home

• Measurements of each room that’s being addressed by the project

• Digital mood boards to help you see aesthetic concepts

• Color schemes

• Selection of furniture and accessories

• Selection of all finish materials, such as paint, flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry and window treatments

• Samples, swatches and/or images of all recommended finish materials (as appropriate)

• Digital 2D plans

• Digital 3D photorealistic renderings to help you envision the finished space from multiple angles

• Complete Project Management:

  • Recommending and obtaining bids from all needed contractors and suppliers

  • Ordering and coordinating the delivery of all goods and materials

  • Receiving and inspecting all goods and materials; dealing with any damaged items

  • Coordinating and supervising all of the work, including the installation and styling

  • Providing weekly client updates

  • Ensuring all work stays on track to meet established deadlines
